Tour of Ancoats with Jonathan Schofield
The group enjoyed a tour of Ancoats beginning with Hallé St. Peters where they were joined by Jonathan Schofield. The tour continued through Little Italy and Hallé St. Michaels, Great Ancoats Street and the Royal Mill.

The Ogden prize
The prize is awarded annually to the student who attains the highest mark in Geography at A level (All Specifications) Heads of Department in Schools and Colleges should nominate candidates for the prize each September. The names of students should be sent to the Ogden Prize Secretary. Details of total score gained, the examination centre number of the School or College and the Examination Board should be included.
Please note that nominations will be accepted only from schools and colleges who are members of the Manchester Branch of the Geographical Association.
