WaterAid
WaterAid works in 17 countries providing water, sanitation and hygiene education to some of the world's poorest people. Their website contains the Learn Zone, an online resource that includes materials and activities suitable for geography at primary and secondary levels.

Water Year 2003
Supported the Year for Freshwater. And, although this is now over, the website still contains education resources and information on water.

Welsh Joint Education Committee
WJEC provides a range of educational services which include: offering academic and vocational qualifications; in-service training; Welsh and bilingual-related educational resources and support services for the National Youth Orchestra and Theatre of Wales.

Worldmapper is a collection of maps depicting a wide variety of information. Territories are resized on each map depending on the variable of interest.

World Water Monitoring Day
American website that celebrates World Water Monitoring Day and details of how you and your students can participate (KS3 and 4, possibly KS2).

World Wildlife Fund
WWF is a global environment network with a mission: to stop the degradation of the planet's natural environment and to build a future in which humans live in harmony with nature. This website has a huge amount of information and resources.
