Degree Confluence Project
The project is an organised sampling of the world. There is a confluence within 49 miles (79 km) of you if you're on the surface of Earth. We've discounted confluences in the oceans and some near the poles, but there are still 11,212 to be found. You're invited to help by photographing any one of these places.

Department for Education in Northern Ireland
The DENI site provides information for teachers, school managers, parents and students in Northern Ireland.

Digital Geography is a blog site all about using new ICT technologies in the UK KS3/KS4 Geography curriculum. It contains articles on a range of ICT applications boasting more than 50 on Google Earth alone.
