Earn £500 this summer with an RMets Teacher Internship

The Royal Meteorological Society is seeking two Teacher Fellows to work with them this summer to develop teaching resources in weather and climate. Fellows will be awarded £500, six months membership of the Society and expenses. All materials developed will be made freely available on www.metlink.org. Funded Expeditions for 16 & 17 Year Olds

Young people are invited to enter the Earthwatch 'Inspiring the next generation' competition to win a place on one of two research expeditions. Whales and Dolphins of the Hebrides and Samburu Communities and Wildlife take place during July and August 2010 and participants will take part in a variety of unique activities.
