Mission: Explore App Now Available
The team behind the action-packed Mission: Explore book have now launched Mission: Explore London for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The app includes more than 1,000 missions for central London and a selection that can be done anywhere in the world. Changes to qualifications and curriculum
The Government has announced a number of significant changes relating to qualifications and curriculum. These include lifting restrictions which stop state schools from offering iGCSEs, ceasing the development of new humanities, science and languages diplomas and confirmation that the 'Rose' primary curriculum will not go ahead. The Geographical Association is pleased that geography has been acknowledged in the Government's plans. We will continue to lobby Government about the importance of geography in the curriculum and will participate as fully as possible in their plans to reconfigure the national curriculum. (08.06.10)
