Just £15 a year!
This new category offers a taster of GA membership and is ideal for teachers who want to top up a school subscription with their own individual membership.
The GA offers concessionary rates to students and first year NQTs and to those who are retired or unwaged - these members receive all the normal benefits of GA membership.
We also offer discount rates to members of international geography associations - these members receive the same benefits as concessionary members with the exception of journals which are available online only.
Paying for your membership by Direct Debit (DD) helps us keep our costs down but did you know that it can help keep your costs down too?
As a special offer to all DD subscribers, every year you'll receive a 3% discount on the current rates.
Your membership will be renewed automatically every year. We'll give you plenty of notice before we take money from your account and you can cancel your Direct Debit at any time.
Full Personal, Group and Concessionary Members
Your discount will be applied automatically. All you need do is download a Membership Form, follow the DD payment instructions, and return your completed form to GA HQ.
Entry Level Members
Because of the low cost of Entry Level Membership we are unable to offer any discount on DD subscriptions. If you choose this membership option, you'll pay the current rate.
Its easy to become a member of the Geographical Association:
