Step Two: Choose your status and journals

GA membership is based around two things - your status and your chosen journals.

Status

  • Group - available to schools, colleges and other institutions, this category provides the benefits of GA membership for a group of people
  • Full personal - available to individuals
  • Concessionary - available to students, first year NQTs, retired and unwaged individuals. Individuals who are based overseas and who are already a member of an international geography association can also apply for concessionary membership (NB: this concessionary international rate does not include print journals)
