Whose World is it Anyway? 10 November, 9:30 – 16:30 Bore Place, near Edenbridge, Kent A sixth form conference in partnership with Pamela Draycott RE and Citizenship Advisor Service, Kent. The whole day conference will be a meeting of RE and Global themes. Schools representatives will take back activities and information to disseminate to the rest of the sixth form group. GIS (ArcView) training Wednesday 19 November 2008, 10:00am - 3:30pm This day is ESRI's international GIS day. To mark this, three innovative geography departments are offering free training in their schools, suitable for teachers with any level of experience with GIS. You will have a chance to see how they use ArcGIS software with pupils and to receive hands on training with GIS.
