About the Conferences

As geography teachers we want to encourage young people to be curious about planet Earth. We aim to inspire our students to think geographically about their lives and to fire their imaginations - by exploring unfamiliar places or by investigating familiar local areas in a new and challenging way. This involves developing students' awareness of how things are changing - sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly - and their understanding of the role they have in shaping their future.

Course delegates took away ideas and materials to use in school, a free USB stick of resources and a certificate of attendance.
