Each year the GA presents a number of awards recognising an outstanding contribution to the Association, a local branch or a GA committee.

Additional awards including Excellence in Leading Geography (journal articles), Quality Marks, Frederick Soddy Trust and GA Publishers' Awards are presented each year at the GA Annual Conference.
