About Us
Featured GA Branch: Shropshire
There are more than 40 local branches affiliated to the GA, each with their own event programmes. This month, we're featuring the very active Shropshire Branch which has lectures on flooding and climate change on its programme plus a conference on fieldwork and controlled assessment. The branch also produces its own newsletter and has been featured in Shropshire Life magazine. In October 2009, Michael Palin was the branch's guest speaker - you can read an account of the event on their page.
